Time to raid the piggy bank.

I bought this pig many years ago as a Christmas present to myself. In it I save all my £2 coins and it is amazing how quickly it adds up. It is made of cast iron and I love it.
Counting my blessings as I have had a phone call from one of my Tuesday lunch ladies to say that her husband passed away on Friday. He has been very ill for two years and I know how hard it is going to be for her.
Then visited a friend who had a major back operation a few weeks ago and everything was going well until a couple of weeks ago and she now faces more major surgery.
