Delayed trip up to R & P’s for weekend. Had planned to travel up yesterday to go to Newark Antiques Fair today but B’s back is still causing problems.

They are still without central heating, the house is freezing and there is stuff in every room, so we have booked into a hotel for the night.

Lincoln City had a massive power cut and was gridlocked, so R was late home from work. We met up at a local pub and had superb meal. We were relieved that something was going right at last!!
