Doctor's note

I think I may be officially old...my doctor is younger than I am!

I had to go to my -new- doctor's today for a quick health check as ordered by the organisers of the Maratona di Roma. Quite why I needed a health check having done marathons before and never needing one I don't know.
So plenty of heart, breathing, and blood pressure tests to find out that apparently I'm fit and healthy!
