Leaky Roof

This appeared in our dining room a few weeks ago. One of the slates has slipped but the underlying cause is an old, capped off chimney that has never been the same since we got all the guttering replaced by Everest. We've had no end of similar problems plus our walk in attic is now drafty and mouse ridden instead of snug and air tight. Grrr....
