New Passport

My old one expires on 5 October and I'm going to Hong Kong on the 19th so I had an emergency appointment at the Glasgow Passport Office today to get a new one. Took the opportunity of the 4 hour wait to meet a friend for lunch. We had a nice chat although the old chap with the beard kept interrupting.

I wasn't allowed to take any photos in the Passport Office - not that it was worth seeing anyway. And the passport photo that I took was too pale so I had to get one done in the booth. Prison wardress in cell block H is what springs to mind when i look at it.
