This is the last of meetings before Christmas. My quilting groups won't start up again until well after the new year begins. It should really give me lots of time to play with my sewing machine and fabric. It would be really nice to have something to show for my time when we reconvene.

I've taken home some orphaned blocks that were donated to us. I will need to shop for some fabric for sashing and borders to go with the blocks. I should be able to get a top constructed for a community service quilt.
