Hull
This morning we travelled up a very foggy M1 to Hull for my mother’s funeral. It was a moving humanist service and I gave a reading from my mother’s autobiography she had written ten years ago when she was 80.
After, we retired to The Red Lion in Anlaby for drinks and a bite to eat.
I didn’t take any photographs before, during or after the service so to offer a picture I give you Dylan’s official December portrait. We took Dylan with us, we would have been away too long to leave him on his own, and he needed his insulin jab at 6pm. He is such a good dog in the car, curling up and sleeping in his box behind the back seat, only waking up when we stop to give a few barks to remind us that he’s still there and would like to get out.
I’m sorry for the lack of comments or responses, I hope you understand.
