Christmas Tree Decorating 2013

For me Christmas begins with the Christmas tree-I'm still loving a real tree. The smell of the tree is more important than almost anything for saying it is the holidays. We got a smaller tree this year so the ornaments are all on, but very tightly draped. Some are home made, many made by my mother which I treasure as she is longer alive. She was a wonderful arts and craft sewer and she made some awesome ornaments. One of the sand-dollar ornaments I treasure was made by my godson's daughter, Virginia...they all have memories and it is so fun to unwrap and place each one! Wishing everyone a good holiday, filled with love, happiness and good memories, past and to be created still!
