No news is good news?

Flat out today. Working like a trooper in the lab then dashing out to an interview at trilink biotech for a cellular/molecular biology position in a new department of the company. Sounds like an interesting position but it's a crap shoot as to whether they will offer me it as I have the skills they want but I'm sure other people have the same. I felt I interviewed well and answered all their questions sufficiently. Definitely learnt from past experiences.

I was waiting all day for the vwr job to get in contact with me about offering the position. I heard nothing so resorted to texting the rep that I had a behind the scenes rapport with. I heard nothing for ages (normally a prompt response) so was thinking the worst (typically me). But within the last few minutes she relied saying they really liked me - and would be offering me a position either Monday or Tuesday. Boom!!!!!
