Self Portrait

For Art homework Sam has do do a self portrait by looking in the mirror. Ingeniously he suggested using the photo application on the I-pad, to see his reflection.

That singing dancing snowman in the background was given to me by my Aunty Margaret, my Dad''s younger, loving and creative only sister, who died too young 10 years ago of cerebella ataxia. She raised 3 boys, and my Dad 3 girls! We loved seeing our cousins at Christmas and that snowman brings back very fond memories of my lovely Aunty every time I get it out at this time of year.

In my Dad's autobiography - he says he says I very much remind him of his sister Margaret.
