Granite Bay

Had a nice day today. Max, Jess and I had a lazy morning before Duncan dropped us off at Noosa Heads. We walked all the way through the national park to get to Granite Bay. There was only a couple there so we literally had this huge beach to ourselves. All put masses of suncream on before heading into the water. Max used his new go pro that he got for Christmas. Jess and I were brilliant photo bombers. Jess was on my back when a huge wave came and she did a back flip in the water...not the best idea. Stayed in the water for quite a long time. I saw a turtle pop out of the water. We lost sight of it because of the waves. Jess and I had a rather ugly photo shoot. Headed all the way back to Hasting street to get some lunch in the food court. Jess and I both had pretty sore feet from our 'thongs' (flip flops). I had a creamy chicken pie from the pie shop and Max had a sub way and Jess had a big wrap. Our lunch was eaten at 4pm!! Very late lunch. Lucy picked us up as she had a meeting in Maroochydore so it was on her way. It was so funny watching all the videos that Max had taken. Our photo bombs were the bomb!! Our faces were something else though...

Getting up at 3.30 tomorrow morning to go surfing! Crazy? Yes.
