An ordinary life....

Golden Time...

Bit of a non stop day today again. I'm getting used to them :D

After some more wrapping and searching for a birthday gift of David's that I'd mislaid, it was time to head off to Alan's school for the Secondary Department's Christmas performances.

Once again I was blown away by the dedication, respect and love all the staff show towards the children. It's little wonder that Alan has blossomed during his short time there. This will be his last school Christmas performance and that makes me sad. I really do struggle to believe he's now 17!

All the young people did brilliantly in their Christmas presentations. We had songs, dances, poetry, a film made and performed by the pupils and to my surprise and delight, Alan's class presented an exhibition of their photography entitled Winter Scenes. Proud mum time! :))

Home to get dinner on then this evening I have written the last of the Christmas cards and started my Christmas food list. It's all getting a bit close now!

Note to self - Due to my ongoing stupidity forgetting to change the time on my camera when the clocks went back, this blip write up actually belongs to Tuesday 17th December and the write up on yesterday's blip belongs to today!
