Another day

Today got off to a bumpy start but picked up. Why is there so much friction between my parents and I? I don't try to make that happen.

I ran today for the third time back. I took this picture as I walked off the treadmill into the snow and just stayed there a little watching my breath fog up the air and feeling my heart rate slow down.

Daniel W gave me a call today and offered caring advice about Princeton. We need to be thankful for the good people who are sent back into our lives, however brief a time, and all they do.
