On our way home..

Stayed overnight in a Premier Inn in Dunfermline, after driving up from Sheffield. This is the A9 through the Cairngorms. Plenty of snow on the hills, but just a covering on the road sides. In one place there was a bit of slush in the middle of the road, but the rest was clear..

Heavy frost in Dunfermlime, and was a bit concerned as we had to leave Tanni in the car overnight. She was fine. Regular walks at Dunfermline, on the grass behind the Bingo hall. Tanni chased her first rabbit, (unsuccessfully..) as we have no rabbits in Scourie..

G took this pic as I was driving. I think she enjoyed playing with my camera!

Praise and thanks to all the council workers who work all hours in wild weather to keep the roads clear for us motorists, often maligned but rarely praised..
