Did make it outside to work in the garden in the cold and wet after my job today. Pulling the Juniper from that part of the yard is an ongoing project and even after I get the above ground stuff removed the roots will still have to be dealt with. So I was in no mood to enjoy something that is going to be a nasty project for another month while I find room in the bins for wet, unburnable wood and springy sticky branches.

Inside I found more inspiration. I found a vase that is designed to be lined with lovely somethings and I am fond of these hands which will someday be mounted on a heavy piece of bubinga wood and used to hang dampish jackets in my entry. Until then they float about the house to wherever makes me happy at the moment. Tomorrow they may be in the bushes. We'll see that that is worth.
