Winter Birch

On 27 November I photographed a Birch tree round the corner from the Prep Room at work in full autumn colour. As it was a fine clear morning, I thought it would make an interesting comparison to show how it looks about 3 weeks later. Although it may seem obvious, it is interesting how different a deciduous tree looks when it is completely bare along with its surroundings.
