Christmas Party

Tonight was the Sixth Form Christmas party. It was held at the Marbella Golf Club, very smart and expensive in an eight-euros-for-a-gin-and-tonic sort of way.

The food was OK, the company very civilised and the wine mostly off limits, as I had to drive home.

At midnight, a coach arrived to whisk the Sixth Form off to the bright lights of Puerto Banus, in a sort of inversion of Cinderella.

Quite a fun evening though. Got into bed after one a.m.

A lot earlier than most of the Sixth Form, I imagine.
