The girls are here!

Today my girl arrived home for Christmas!!!

I spent the morning completing the house clean (between staring at the clock) and Fred went shopping for food supplies.

Alex's last day at school.

In the afternoon I picked up the girls from Heathrow. I arrived as the plane was landing (I could tell because I had Heathrow app that said; 'approaching, approaching, landed'!) The journey was awful on the way back as we hit rush hour on the M25.
After they had showered, we had mulled wine by the fire and a lovely meal provided by Fred.

So here are Emily (Ems) ( on the left) and her partner of many years, Erika - all the way from Oz!

Off to bed feeling very mellow :-)
