Sea hollies restored

I dried these flowers and then sprayed them silver. They will be reduced in height and the idea is to display them with stems of rosemary in a mug shaped vase or container.
We have decided to hang up stockings for everyone staying over Christmas, with everyone contributing - but it is a challenge to find suitable and inexpensive items for men! This was my task this morning!
The stationery shop and the hardware store provided some ideas! And of course chocolate is always acceptable!
No more shopping now! Tree goes up tomorrow! Food ordered, but still plenty to do.
It looks as if it's going to be a wet and windy lead up to Christmas this year! Let's hope it calms down for all those travelling early next week.
