A Day At A Time.

Wild Rover

A milestone that many thought the old machine would never reach.

My trusty old steed was purchased from Edinburgh car auctions for the princely sum of £800. It was intended for my friend Paul and his family. However, the car was found to have a cracked head and so I bought it off Paul and another friend fitted a new head for me.

It's gone brilliantly ever since, through snow and flood. I've driven from Scotland to the south of Spain, and back, and back again. Still going strong and as well as ever.

Who says British engineering is rubbish?
