Sign Language

It's been a hard day of intense meetings and since these have been with colleagues from many different parts of the world it makes you concentrate more on what you are trying to communicate. As a result of this you begin tol look at everyday notices in a fresh light and question their meaning. This sign struck me as I came out of a meeting for some fresh air. Does this sign really mean they will tow away offending individuals who park their wheelchairs in the wrong place?!!

Perhaps I'm thinking about things too much.

Met a man today who didn't know his 'arse from his elbow' who was quite clever as he also somehow managed to all his talking out of his 'arse' (please excuse the language it's been a long day!).
