Steaming hot food

This boy was hard at work, cleaning the remnants of what looked liked paella from an enormous pan at the Christmas market in St. Enoch's square in Glasgow. The hot food must have been very popular on what was a very chilly and increasingly wet afternoon; the aroma from this stall and others was certainly inviting.
