Cold, damp and grey...

...but perfect for moss.

I've done moss before, but it can be quite delicious.

Its the shortest day today and the dark, dismal weather did it credit. Every step on our walk today was painful, and Jim's obsession with chasing squirrels became quite tedious, but it was nice to get out all wrapped up against the elements, and I felt quite invigorated.

Like the moss, you can still thrive in the most adverse of conditions!
