Super Solstice!

Friends round for drinks and games to celebrate the Winter Solstice and our slow journey back to summer from a very mild but incredibly wet midwinter. Rain scuppered our plans to gather around an outdoor fire under the Polar Star, so we resorted to mulled wine and mince pies and a cracking indoor fire instead.

The discovery that the 'chalkboard' pen can also write messages on glasses was lots of fun, and the messages got progressively ruder as the night went on….
