Sugar Cookie Swirls

The children were nestled all snug in their beds,
While visions of sugar-plums danced in their heads.

I made these by making sugar cookie dough and dyeing portions of it Christmas colors. Each portion is rolled out, and one colored portion is placed on top of a white portion. Then it's rolled up into a log, refrigerated, cut in rounds, and baked. Everyone loved the eye-catching effect.
