Frosty the snowman

The Glossop Garden Centre have gone to town with Santa's grotto and the highlight is this enormous snowman. The kids love it -well most of them do.

This is the sort of thing that I would have been frightened by when a small child. You can picture the scene Lewis's in Glasgow and a few years later Selfridges's in London when taken again. I just didn't get it the strange man with a beard. Where is Jesus ?
That's not a Donkey !

Mum says that I had to be told that Santa Claus was not real when very young because I became so worried about him coming into the house and how he was going to get in and out.

If only I could have just gone along with it all, it's supposed to be fun !
