Discharged for Christmas £2

Back at Tameside Hospital with Dad this time. Good news, they have run out of tests to do on him and have decided that he is in pretty good condition for 87!

"Is that me discharged ?" he said and the doctor said yes and wished him a Good Christmas. All Dad really wanted I think.

Terrible weather out there I got soaked getting to the car park - only £2 to get out so we were only there an hour. The journey home was splash splash though some half flooded road.

The real Miss Marple - Joan Hickson on Alibi in a few minutes that will do for us - I wonder how many of us will be asleep before half way through but at least we know the story.
