Twinkling star

Every year I say to myself "we don't need anymore Christmas tree decorations" and every year I see one that I can't resist buying to add to our four decades collection! My excuse is that inevitably one or two get broken each year so I'm only keeping the collection stable. Hubby doesn't buy that excuse!

Mum is successfully ensconced in the spare room, and our other visitors arrive tomorrow, including that other twinkling star, our wonderful Stella. I am praying that they are not caught up in the bad weather that is forecast for the next day or so and arrive in Aberdeen at tea time as planned. Fingers crossed!
