Anchorman 2: the randomness continues!

Dropped my German friend off at the airport this morning. He had a 17hr trip back to Frankfurt via
Charlotte North Carolina.

Skyped mum who was down visiting the grandparents in Devon for Christmas. Was good to speak to them all.

Went for a long run afterwards as both the dog and I needed to stretch our legs after indulging in too much good food and alcohol recently.

Watched the chargers keep their playoff hopes alive with a hard earnt victory of the "local" rivals Oakland raiders. They need to win against Kansas next week and both Baltimore and Miami to loose to get a wildcard place.

This evening we went with out English friends (Matt and Lucy) and another German friend Philip to eureka for a beer and burger followed by seeing anchorman 2. Matt (blipped) is a huge Ron burgundy fan and came fully dressed as his protege (including press pass, wig and mustache). Thankfully he declined to wear those.

It was so hot in the cinema I fell asleep at one point! As feared it was not as good as the first movie and very random (even more so than the first one). Funny in places but they definitely broke the mold with the first one.
