White Elephant

This is the (empty) Tax Office. Built about 35 years ago, from the start it was not large enough so an Annex was put on one side. Next Problem, insufficient parking. Not enough space even for the people employed (?) here. poor street parking all on Meter and expensive. Answer? Build an another Office, 600 metres away, but with better parking, Then about 8 years ago, modernise, new Windows, and flooring, better toilets etc. Then it is still not large enough, so build a massive new one on the empty DB site. This is fine, but what to do withan empty Office block? Let it stand empty and do nothing seems to be the answer to that!
