Club Meds

I never met my maternal grandmother. She died when my mother was only 15. She died of adult onset asthma which she acquired at about age 27. When I was 27 I developed adult onset asthma. I am 65 years old. I have watched all my children grow up to be beautiful, wonderful people. I have watched my grandchildren grow to be fine young adults. I will soon meet my great-grandson!

Thank goodness for modern medicine!

I realize that there is a lot of over-medicating going on and I really try to eat healthy and exercise rather than use medicine I don't really need but under certain circumstances I can't help knowing that because of these meds I have lived a full and fulfilling life and I am very grateful for that!
