The weather has been horrid here. My husband offered to do the local shopping this morning, but even he cheated and took the car.

The met office forecast indicated improvement after 1 o'clock. Then they changed it to 2, then 3.  By this time the only chance of an outdoor blip were the Christmas lights in the village.

At 4 o'clock I headed out as the rain had finally stopped and this evening's stir fry would be quick to make. The lights weren't very inspiring and thought I would see what I could do with my Christmas tree and out of focus lights.
