Adopted Duck

Craig calls the second duck 'adopted duck' as its slightly different to the rest. Snapped at Sian's house while dropping off her Christmas presents.

Busy day today. Woke up, felt a bit queasy from drinking last night. Skipped the offer of a Bacon sandwich as there's an 80% chance it'll make me hurl. When it works its brilliant, but otherwise - urgh!

Left the flat at 11.30 after packing the car. We were meant to be leaving around 10.30! Went to Sian's to drop off her & Mariam's presents and were lucky enough to catch Mariam visiting too. Had a nice little catch up for half an hour, then it was time to hit the road. Mariam was driving up to Edinburgh so she had an epic journey ahead of her!

The weather was pretty bad so we mainly did ~50-60mph the whole way back to Cardiff, added another half hour or so onto the journey. Then we unloaded the car, Craig grabbed the missed delivery notes and headed straight out again to the Royal Mail and Tesco.

Spent an hour or so cleaning & tidying, also took a jumper back to a shop for a refund. Then we put the food away and headed to Ichiban to meet Leah, Oli & Noah. We haven't met up since Noah's birthday in September so it was fab to reunite and chat again.

Came home, painted & glittered the last of the saltdough decorations and mulled a whole bottle of wine. Now chilling out on the sofa. Tomorrow will be a busy day of cleaning and entertaining Craig's parents, but for now it can wait.
