Lovely Tash is home for Christmas, as well as working as a graphic designer she also works in a cocktail bar to help pay the rent. She gave us a list of ingredients to acquire and made us this lovely cocktail which is called a Clover Club ... it's basically Gin, egg white, lemon juice and raspberry syrup, except we couldn't get raspberry syrup so used a bit of cassis instead, and Tash insisted on also adding fresh raspberries. It tasted divine. So divine in fact that I had to have another one to make sure .........

... I think it may be a merry little Christmas ......
