Apple crumble
Bit of back-blipping going on here. Today was a great day. Managed to get my end of term essay finished up, printed and handed in for about 5pm and the lovely Jen had invited me over for a roast dinner at hers which I was thoroughly looking forward to after such a hard slog! It was coming up to the end of term and I had an hour to kill so what's a girl to do to celebrate finishing an essay? Make an apple crumble for dessert, if you're me!
It was such a lovely evening, a really nice relaxing evening to make up for all the stress and hard work. Dinner was absolutely delicious, and the apple crumble thankfully came out just right which we polished off with some custard and then watched a bit of the Globe production of Twelfth Night. So funny. You can't get much better than putting Stephen Fry, Roger Lloyd-Pack and Samuel Barnett on a stage together, and having an all-male cast made it even funnier. Really recommend it, even if you're not a huge Shakespeare fan.
