Stripped Bare
Went out this morning trying to combine blipping with returning an ill-fitting garment to Gap. However, inclement weather ( an incredibly strong wind) and a lack of time in the rest of the day drove me in desperation into the Museum of Scotland. The skeleton seemed to epitomise what happened to the bison population of the USA. It is North America's largest animal. It was the prime source of food and raw material. The great machine age, however, led to mass extermination to provide machine belts for most engines. The population started to recover in the late 20th century.
