There was a slight hitch with my Christmas preparations yesterday when I had to take Jamie to the orthodontist. One of his wires had come loose and needed attaching again. I called our orthodontist who informed me that they were not seeing anyone now until 7th January!!!! She gave me the telephone number of their sister practise, but said to call quick as they were closing in a few hours. Luckily I was told to go in straight away, so after a 20 mile round trip through West London (thank goodness for sat nav), the braces are now fixed.
