Newlands Rosé 2013

Today's the day ......................... to bottle

Do you remember back in September when we spent the day picking our grapes and making wine?

This 2013 vintage has cleared beautifully - and has turned out to be a delicately coloured Rosé. Today it was time to put the wine into bottles and lay it down in the Williams' Cellar.

Although, I don't suppose it's going to remain there very long ......................
