'Twas the Night Before Christmas

Replete with dinner at the Glen Ellen Inn, we still managed to drop by Dana's friend Kim's house where she was hosting three families with a total of 8 boys, all of whom were sitting on the coach watching a Chevy Chase Christmas movie. We had a glass of bubbly, watched the boys dive into an amazing spread of chocolate fondue with pound cake, gingerbread, Rice Krispy treats, fruit and marshmallows. and drove home through silent streets lined with brightly lit houses. As we left the subdivision and drove down our dark street. the sky was a bright firmament of stars.
