....aka Len the emergency plumber arrived at 8.45 this morning and all was fixed within the hour! Could have snogged his face off, but just gave him a very sizeable tip and opened the Bucks Fizz instead! Christmas now back on track and thankyou so much to everyone for their kind words and concern yesterday! You really are a lovely lot.
