Merry Christmas!

Christmas day has arrived, a beautiful warm morning, calm and bright. Doors were flung open wide so we could embrace the day but sadly it didn't last as by noon steady rain was falling.

It was a busy day for us spending time with family. Phone calls were made and received, bright smiles and lots of chatter and laughter along with good food and wine. We had our bbq meal early afternoon, lamb steaks, chicken kebabs, sausages with several salads as the rain fell and then in the evening finished off with breads, chutneys, cheeses, ham and salmon followed by the mighty berry pavlova - we had a super day just being together :)
