Today's view

For the first time in over six years we had a PJ day and pottered about the house, let the boys play with their toys and do a little bit of tidying in anticipation of tomorrow's guests. We had declined all Boxing Day invitations to allow ourselves to catch our breath and the boys really needed it after the mayhem of yesterday. I did muster up the energy to cook a pie from the leftovers and pop some ingredients in my new bread maker. Other than that I've been appreciating this view.
