River Mole at Brockham, surrey

This village is generally considered to be one of the prettiest in Surrey. It has a beautiful village green, a unique bonfire in November and the River mole runs through it. On Monday the road bridge was completely submerged and much of the footbridge to the right of the picture. The debris in the foreground of the bridge is just a small indication to show the huge clearing up operation that will have to take place soon.
Further down the road at nearby Dorking homes have been evacuated and with more wind and rain forecast for tonight it's not looking good for the south east.
