Stones

This is Jing. He was once a doctor in China, or so I was told. Now a days he is a masseur at
"Treat Ur Feet" in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. My good friend Trish and I ate Chinese BBQ and drank hot tea while tight foot muscles were rubbed the right way and wonderful smelling lotions were applied, reducing the friction, softening the rough spots.

Then we headed to a funky little Fish/Vegetable Market where we bought 3 lbs. of Stone Crab Claws, cracked, of course...to feast on later. Stones are eaten warm with drawn butter or cold with lime, mustard sauce or cocktail sauce.

Stone Crabs are trapped and only one claw is removed allowing the crab to defend itself. The taken claw will regrow, making this delicacy a Renewable Resource! Thank you crab:)
