Cambridge Calamity

On the spur of the moment I went into sunny Cambridge (on my own!) with a view to doing a spot of sales shopping and experimenting with another of my Christmas presents, a wide angled lens.

Unfortunately when I came to pay for the first item, I realised I didn't remember my (relatively new) credit card pin number, which rather curtailed my devil-may-care enthusiasm for spending a lot, as I know there isn't much left in my current account....

and then...

when I got my camera out I realised that I had left the battery charging at home - d'oh!

So I came home and read a book instead.
