In the afternoon sun on our garden wall.

Went out for a walk in the sun today - along the riverbank to the old Mill. Mud everywhere, and a very slippy walk it was - under the bridge was inch-deep silt from all the flooding, and we could see the 'tidemark' left by the water.

Mostly only dog walkers out today. Beginning to get cold ears as we came home, so lovely to come into a warm kitchen. Less lovely to realise it was my turn to cook !
