Although it was a beautiful sunny morning and we would have liked to go for a long walk with Phoebe, unfortunately as I had endured a horrible night with chronic earache, we spent the morning travelling to our local hospital for an appointment to see the emergency doctor. She confirmed the eardrum was inflamed so I'm now on strong antibiotics to clear it up.

This cold has now been causing me problems for nearly 2 weeks and I've just about had enough of it. Also taking strong pain killers trying to get some peace.

So forgive the indoor shot, trying different things with my new camera. If you look closely you can see an old photo of Matthew and myself taken by the local press when we won our fight with the education department and took them to court and won!

Have to travel to Hampshire tomorrow to visit Mr A's Mum and drop in to Redflash to deliver Christmas pressies, so hoping to feel stronger by then.

Thank you all for the lovely comments on my Silent Night blip and all your encouragement with the stain glass. Feel a little daunted as there is so much to learn and will take years to master. But will be taking orders and ideas!!
