Cold, Wet and Dark

The past couple of weeks at Lake Como it was mostly cloudy, and most days it rained, on occasion all day. This had not prepared me for the weather in Aberdeen however. Cold, wet and dark. It has poured all day, and it gets light so late, and dark so early. The day light must be a couple of hours shorter than at Lake Como.

A visit to the supermarket today to restock the fridge. This seems to have taken me to the magazine shelves, and somehow I seem to be at the travel section. Can it be I am already thinking of another trip to a more clement climate! It is hard to avoid such thoughts when the weather is as it has been today.
