Flying shotgun

Such a dreary day, so Mum and I took a short stroll opposite The Goose today. A rare route for us.

As we bumped across the Selkirk dock I suddenly noticed that there's a bird house perched on every stump along the way!!

I totally welled up.

Teeny oval holes that someone's erected for a particular breed of bird!
