The tome is revealed

Our Christmas this year has been dominated by the production of this 370 page thesis for E's Geology PhD. Computers and printers were all slaved up for the final process of editing and printing for 5 copies which were ring bound yesterday.

This is the draft for submission next week, which then has to be examined and hopefully accepted without too many modifications. It should also spawn a couple of papers and maybe some further research.
